Description: Fitness class for everyone! A hi-lo aerobic and weight training fitness class to re-charge your muscles and fitness routine. Challenge yourself to dig deeper and push harder. Variety of exercises from free weights and aerobics to plyometrics and core! The class is a combination of cardio aerobic exercises and body weight resistance exercises. All exercises have option of being hi or low impact. Class appropriate for all participants. Certified MB Fitness Instructor: Sarah Pinsent Flex passes available starting at just $40 from the Municipal Office 29 Robinson Ave or on the first night of class. Students 18 and under receive 50% off class passes. Passes will be available 6:00 pm on the 1st class night or from the Town Office 29 Robinson Ave. For more info call 204 389-5126
