Title: Meditation for Everyday Life

Description: Sit, breathe, think, learn, grow. If you’ve ever wanted to learn more about meditation or practice in a group setting, these classes are for you. Join us as we demystify meditation and find ways to bring snippets of it into our everyday lives. You don’t have to sit for hours or live in a cave for 7 years to benefit from the principles of this beautiful practice. Building a foundation and creating a practice that resonates with you and works with your life will help instill meditation as a habit in your everyday life. These classes are for beginners and seasoned meditators alike and will include: Time to connect to your breath and wind down from your day. Time to discuss your meditation experiences, ask questions and uncover solutions. Teachings in mindfulness and loving kindness along with a number of other wonderful forms of meditation, guided and self directed. This series of classes will be led by Certified Meditation Teacher Laura Allard This program begins April 10th & runs every Tuesday 7-9pm for 10 weeks in the Winnipeg Beach Community Centre. Cost for the 20 hour program is $100 or you can purchase flex passes.
